he Brass & Books Bond fund is a managed investment scheme invested primarily in debt instruments to provide intervention working capital for small and medium enterprises to meet liquidity and on-going business demands.

The Brass & Books Bond Fund combines a fund-of-funds approach and direct investing in debt opportunities to earn an attractive premium above public market fixed income yields and returns.

The fund has a fixed income coupon rate of 2.5% targeting a 20-30% income yield net return per annum. The private debt opportunities make The Fund an illiquid investment that generally needs to be held until maturity.
